2. The exhibition will end at 16:00 on September 27. Before that, no exhibits are allowed to leave the exhibition hall in advance. Our company will not be responsible for any loss caused by the withdrawal time of exhibitors.

3. According to the regulations of Guangzhou China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Hall, all staff entering the exhibition hall (indoor and outdoor) during the exhibition arrangement and withdrawal period, including exhibitors, construction and construction personnel and transportation providers, must wear safety helmets.

Two, safety tips

1. Please be sure to take care of your property during the construction and the exhibition period. Please do not leave valuable property in the exhibition hall overnight. We are not responsible for any loss.

Three, the withdrawal of exhibition reminder

1. Considering the safety of the booth during the demolition, the water and electrical supply of the booth will be cut off at 16:00 on September 27. Please ensure that your exhibit equipment will be reset and closed before 16:00.

2. During the evacuation period, it is the rush hour and the surrounding roads are complicated. It is strongly recommended that you evacuate your items by hand or entrust a transport agent. If you need to arrange vehicles to enter the unloading area for loading, please let the trucks enter the storage point as soon as possible to wait for the queue to enter, so as to save the time of your withdrawal.
