6. Activity procedures

1. The Organizing Committee shall send the notice of the selection activities, the participation declaration form and the announcement of the selection to the relevant units.

2, accept the participating units to register and submit materials, collect candidate units nationwide, and conduct targeted investigations.

3, collect the recommendations of the national fisheries industry association, invite authoritative experts to review, and hold a grand award recognition.
