Introduction of the Association

Guangdong Province Sea Bass Association is a provincial social organization approved by Guangdong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs under the new requirements of the development of national green aquaculture industry and sea bass in our province. On June 18, 2019, the first General meeting of members and the first Board of Supervisors were successfully held, and 17 members of the Board of Directors and 3 members of the Board of Supervisors were elected by secret ballot. Mr. Liu Qiang, Chairman of Guangdong Qiangjing Agricultural Group, was elected as the first president.

The Association assists in the implementation of the inter-governmental fishery agreement, establishes the exchange platform of the province's sea bass hatching center, establishes industry standards, and promotes friendly people-to-people exchanges and technical exchanges with the fishery circles of various countries (regions). Give full play to the association's role in the promotion of aquatic technology, promote the green transformation of fishery development, and help rural revitalization; Through the association to serve enterprises, develop the strong sea bass industry economy, help some members in the development of poverty alleviation, development in poverty alleviation, establish a sales operation model, connect financing channels, etc. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of sea bass industry in our province.
